Services

After Dark Entertainment provides wedding DJ services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate any service at any time without notice.

Booking and Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking date.

  • Full payment should be completed as outlined in your booking contract.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in the booking contract or required by law.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your booking contract. Failure to comply with these policies may result in forfeit of deposit or other penalties.

Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the event.

  • After Dark Entertainment's will not be responsible for failure to perform duties in the event of unforeseen circumstances like accidents, natural disasters, or other interruptions outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

After Dark Entertainment's shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to this agreement or the performance or breach thereof.

Intellectual Property

  • All materials on After Dark Entertainment's website are copyrighted.

  • Use of any materials from the website without explicit permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
